- View the list of Financial Aid documents we need from you, including the current receipt status of each (updated daily, M-F)
- View your Financial Aid offer, if admitted
- Accept and/or decline your CIM Financial Aid offer
- Print documents needed for your file
Your CIM NetPartner Student ID is a unique letter/number combination issued from the CIM Financial Aid Office and is NOT your email. The format will be either A12345 or A12345678.
Applicants for Fall 2020 were sent their NetPartner Student ID credentials on December 19, 2019.
The Forgot your Student ID link to the right will only work for students with a U.S. Social Security Number.

Login Instructions & Troubleshooting
To access this system, enter your NetPartner Student ID (not the same as your CIM ID used for email), as communicated to you by the CIM Financial Aid Office. If you are logging in for the first time ever, click "First Time User" and you will need to activate the account with the Student ID we provide and set your own Password.
If you applied to CIM for the 2019-20 year and/or are a current student applying for a new program, you should not use the "first time user" link as this is the same account you already have. Instead, click the "forgot your password" link to reset it if you do not remember it.
Once you have logged in and created your Password, going forward you will use the normal login box. If you forget your Password, the link for "Forgot your Password?" will verify you with the security questions you set up.
Error message trying to log in as a first time user? Send an email to email@example.com and include your date of birth and instrument you are using to authenticate your account. Account Lockouts: Users will be locked out after 3 failed login attempts, so be sure your security questions are set to answers you know, should you need to reset your password. If locked out, you will need to contact the CIM Financial Aid Office to have the account unlocked via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Double Major Applicants: if unable to activate your account with the first instrument/major, try the other one. NetPartner can only have one "major" field for this validation purpose.
