July 25 Update:
Now that our new Student Information System, STUDIO, is live, going forward, all financial aid for 2021-22 year and beyond will ONLY managed there. NetPartner will remain accessible to view historical data, but will no longe be updated or reviewed by CIM staff. Any further acceptances of aid offers will need to occur within STUDIO.
*If a federal loan was offered and accepted via NetPartner, those must be re-accepted via STUDIO for the 2021-22 academic year.
Any questions, please contact email@example.com.
Your CIM NetPartner Student ID is a unique letter/number combination issued from the CIM Financial Aid Office and is not your email address. The format will be either A12345 or A12345678. Newly admitted students will receive this Student ID at the time they are admitted to CIM.
The Forgot your Student ID link to the right will only work for students with a U.S. Social Security Number.
Supported browsers for NetPartner include:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 8
- Internet Explorer 9 (in a Windows 7 environment only)
- Firefox 12.0
- Google Chrome 18.0
Equal Opportunity Policy
In the administration of its educational and admission policies, scholarship, loan, and other school-administered programs, the Cleveland Institute of Music is committed to nondiscrimination and equal opportunity. The Institute admits students to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school regardless of race, color, national or ethnic origin, citizenship, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, or disability.
Login Instructions & Troubleshooting
To access this system, enter your NetPartner Student ID (not the same as your CIM ID used for email), as communicated to you by the CIM Financial Aid Office. If you are logging in for the first time ever, click "First Time User" and you will need to activate the account with the Student ID we provide and set your own Password.
Students applying for admission for the 2021-22 year will receive their NetPartner login credentials when they are admitted, if applicable. Everything for applicants will be managed on the Financial Aid Checklist on your Application for Admission page up until the point admission decisions are made in late March.
If you are a current student applying for a new program, you should not use the "first time user" link as this is the same account you already have. Instead, click the "forgot your password" link to reset it if you do not remember it.
Once you have logged in and created your Password, going forward you will use the normal login box. If you forget your Password, the link for "Forgot your Password?" will verify you with the security questions you set up.
Error message trying to log in as a first time user? Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your date of birth and instrument you are using to authenticate your account. Account Lockouts: Users will be locked out after 3 failed login attempts, so be sure your security questions are set to answers you know, should you need to reset your password. If locked out, you will need to contact the CIM Financial Aid Office to have the account unlocked via email to email@example.com.
Double Major Applicants: if unable to activate your account with the first instrument/major, try the other one. NetPartner can only have one "major" field for this validation purpose.
